Here's a recent painting which I cleaned up a bit in Photoshop. Reinventing an old idea, turning it upside down so it lcan live on in a new form in a new time. Just remembered a thought from the artist
Tim Davies; once you've made a piece of art and finished it and it's out there in the world, it's no longer yours anymore, it is free to have a life of its own and you are free to move on. I think I need to do that more, try and set thingds free, don't get too bogged down with the things I've done or I've not done, live in the moment and be grateful for what I have done and what's to come.
