Friday Illustration: Mindfulness


Sometimes my internal mind chattering can be so loud and it's mostly negative and toxic repeating past events and comments which aren't worth bothering about. So I've been trying to be mindful and aware of my immediate surroundings, live in the moment, give my mind some quiet time and find the strength in my internal silence.
