While I was in London a few weeks ago I visited the Horniman Museum & Gardens on a crisp, sunny, wintery morning.

Before I even visited the museum I saw their new branding & identity by Hat-trick featured over on the
Creative Review blog and loved it. Really clever, simple and effective, it just needs to be rolled out all across the museum to make it a consistent brand and information identifier.

These looked so beautiful and yet so sad at the same time, colourful birds caged and stuffed forever when they once could soar the skies to their hearts delights.

It's a beautiful little natural history & anthropology museum with some great objects, but it was a bit like a mother & toddler morning when we went and great yum yums in the cafe!
